Active Parishioner is defined by the following: Registered and active in a Catholic parish for at least two full years prior to enrollment; must have each child baptized in the Roman Catholic Church; Participate regularly in Sunday liturgy; Demonstrate involvement in the life of the parish; Use the weekly envelopes or the parish donation system to contribute a suggested donation of $1,000 to the parish over the course of the school year; Members of the parish other than St. Theresa must request written verification of registry and active participation from their Pastor and submit to St. Theresa Pastor, Fr. Bob McCann. Upon approval, the contract may be adjusted to the In-Parish rate.

2025 - 2026 Tuition Payment Options

Option 1: Full tuition amount is due by July 31, 2025
Option 2: Three payments are due on July 5, 2025, or July 20, 2025, October 5, 2025, or October 20, 2025, and March 5, 2026, or March 20, 2026
Option 3: Ten monthly payments are due by July 5, 2025, or July 20, 2025 through March 5, 2026, or March 20, 2026.

FAMILY PARTICIPATION AT ST. THERESA SCHOOL

NECESSARY INVOLVEMENT

Each family is asked to make a tax-free contribution to the St. Theresa School Annual Fund because tuition alone doesn’t cover all the operational expenses. The School Board recommends a donation of $800 per family per school year.

According to the St. Theresa Catholic School contract, each family must meet the following financial obligations:

Donate $200 toward the Parents’ Club School Auction
Volunteer a minimum of 20 hours (10 for single parents) throughout the school year.
Work three shifts for the first child, and a second shift for 2 + children as a Parking Lot volunteer.
Volunteer in some capacity (three shifts per child) in the Event Center during CYO events.
