Thank you for your interest in St. Theresa School. We are committed to providing a high-quality Catholic education that prepares students from Kindergarten Preparation through Eighth Grade to be the best versions of themselves. Admissions Process

Admissions Checklist

Complete the Online Application linked above
Provide a copy of your child's birth certificate
Provide a copy of your child's Baptismal Certificate (Catholic Student Applicants only)
Provide a copy of your child's two most recent Report Cards (if applicable)
Evaluation from your child's current principal, teacher or tutor sent to admissions@sttheresaschool.org or mailed directly to the school.
Pay the $85.00 non-refundable application fee

Once your online application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation receipt. Once all of the documents listed above have been received, an academic assessment will be scheduled.

Important Dates

Student Applications due no later than February 6, 2026
Kindergarten Preparation and Kindergarten academic assessments: Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 2:30 PM
Grades 1-8 academic assessments: Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 2:30 PM
Admissions Decision Letters Sent: On or before March 1, 2026
Registration Due for newly admitted students: March 15, 2026
Mandatory New Parent Orientation: April 14, 2026, at 6:00 PM

Other Important Mentions

Please consider registering for a FACTS account. FACTS is an account that provides services for tuition management, financial aid assessment and a family portal for communication.
Gather all recent immunization records and verification of a recent dental visit for your child. These documents will be collected in the Spring, shortly after acceptance.
