Since our founding in 1958 by the Sisters of the Holy Names, we have been dedicated to creating a safe and loving environment where students can learn and grow. We operate within the Catholic Schools Diocese of Oakland. We are a coeducational school accredited through the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and Western Catholic Education Association (WCEA).

As a community, we work in partnership with parents to guide students toward becoming moral Christian decision makers who are lifelong learners. Together, we respond to local and global needs through service learning. Our students assume responsibility for their own actions and respect diversity.

St. Theresa School is a Catholic community dedicated to the academic, social and spiritual development of each student. Our rigorous curriculum integrates faith, academic excellence, and both critical and creative thinking. As a community, we work in partnership with parents to guide students toward becoming moral Christian decision makers who are lifelong learners. Together, we respond locally and globally to the Catholic School Teachings.
