Geography in the Fifth Grade

Part of the 5th grade social studies curriculum involves geography. This was our end of the unit map project. Each group of students were given a different famous historical place in the U.S. and had to determine how to get there by driving. The groups needed to figure out what roads to take, how many miles they would cover, how many hours it would take and find information about the places they were visiting.
