  • Applications are due February 03, 2010
  • Applications for Gr. 1-6 to be scheduled
  • Please include the following with ALL applications:
    • Copy of birth certificate
    • Copy of baptismal certificate
    • Non-refundable application fee of $75.00 for Kindergarten & $50.00 for Grades 1 through 6
    • For Gr. 1-6 applicants; please include copies of report cards and standardized test scores for the previous two years as well as a copy of the current report card
  • Assessments for Kindergarten will be scheduled as completed applications are received.

Kindergarten testing February 20, 2010 ALL DAY

 Assessment dates will be chosen when parents return completed forms.

On the day of your child's assessment, kindergarten students will come with their parents. They will go into the library in groups of two. Mrs. Clarke, the kindergarten teacher, will do a 15 minute individual assessment (still in the library with each child).
While the individual assessments are taking place, another teacher will work with two other children in a small group doing a variety of activities such as coloring and puzzles.
Classroom Visits   By appointment only (Thursdays and Fridays) starting November 20, 2009
Assessment for Grades 1-6 ONLY February 9, 2010 and February 11, 2010 3:30 pm by appointment
Acceptance letters mailed March 5, 2010
All acceptance forms/letters to be returned March 26, 2010
